Overview
Construction of a “new town” in the territory of the Governorate of Basra to accommodate housing for the population and personal services, significantly oriented to health and well-being. The project involves the construction of 4 independent functional lots/phases, so that investments can be spread over time, consisting of about 2,000 apartments and facilities, such as: clinical centre for training, prevention, screening and assistance; schools; security facilities; sports facilities, worship centres and commercial spaces for a total of about 230,000 square metres for 12,000 people (inhabitants and users).
