Proger has received the Large Enterprises Prize at the 2026 Economy-Rsm Legality and Profit Award, a recognition granted to companies holding Italy’s Legality Rating that also stand out for profitability and economic stability. The award ceremony was held at the Italian Senate, organised by the business publication Economy in partnership with audit firm RSM.
Of the approximately 5 million companies active in Italy, only 16,000 have been awarded the Legality Rating by the Italian Antitrust Authority (AGCM), a certification that requires transparent, ethical, and responsible corporate conduct. Proger holds the rating with a score of 3 stars, the highest level achievable.

The award was collected by Giusi D’Andrea, Head of Legal & Corporate Affairs at Proger: “Receiving this recognition is a source of great pride, because it confirms a principle we believe in deeply: legality and ethics are not a cost or a constraint, but a genuine competitive advantage. Companies that invest seriously in governance, compliance and integrity are also those that prove more resilient, more credible, and more capable of creating long-term value. Trust is a tangible economic asset. This is why we believe that profit and legality can and must grow together: a sound company is one that competes effectively, attracts talent, engages better with the market, and contributes to the country’s development“.
