The company’s excellent financial results demonstrate the close link between financial performance and sustainability, which is at the heart of its success.

The 2024 Sustainability Report highlights significant progress in environmental responsibility, thanks to a substantial decrease in water usage and the exclusive use of energy from renewable sources. In the social sphere, Proger has chosen to invest in the growth and development of human capital. The company has improved its remuneration system to be more equitable, transparent, and meritocratic. Proger has also promoted new well-being measures to foster an inclusive and sustainable work environment.
Due to the numerous initiatives undertaken and important results achieved, Proger obtained a Class A sustainability rating in 2024. This positions the company among the top ESG performers in the sector. Proger also achieved ESG verification certification in accordance with UNI ISO/TS 17033:2020 and UNI/PdR 102:2021 standards. Additionally, the public legality rating issued by the Italian Competition and Market Authority increased to 3 stars, the maximum value, and the financial rating increased to class A2.1.

The company will also expand its horizons with significant changes to its corporate structure while maintaining social responsibility at the core of its business model to generate shared value.
The company also stands out as the first engineering firm to create a Business Unit dedicated to Art and Culture, built on the principle that cultural soft power is a fundamental lever for generating lasting change in the areas in which it operates.
