Description
Tempa Rossa is an oil field located in the upper Sauro valley, in the heart of southern Italy. When fully operational, the plant – one of the most advanced in the oil sector – will have a daily production capacity of about 50.000 oil barrels, 230,000 m³ of natural gas, 240 tonnes of LPG and 80 tonnes of sulphur.
The development project of the field includes the commissioning of 8 wells, the construction of an oil treatment centre, an LPG storage centre and the modernization and construction of facility infrastructures (roads and water and electricity networks).Proger is one of the main players of the project and, thanks to its multidisciplinary competences, has provided services for both the infrastructure project and the specific oil and gas sector, such as in the oil pipeline connection project with the LPG storage centre, which is about 25km long.
