Lukoil Refinery in Burgas, Hydrogen Plant

Description

Provision of engineering, procurement and construction services for a hydrogen purification plant at the Lukoil refinery in Burgas. The heart of the plant is the PSA unit consisting of 2 skid valves and 7 vessels, 1 compressor, 1 lube oil, various pressure vessels (coalescers, exchangers, tanks), a pipe rack and a pipeline connecting the new plant to the existing plant. The project involves various engineering disciplines including process, civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, automation-instrumental and HSE.
