Proger encourages anyone who becomes aware of facts or behaviour that violate applicable laws, company rules and regulations or the principles of corporate social responsibility to make a report in strict confidence.

Proger provides three different channels to deal with any report:

WHISTLEBLOWING

To be reported to: ODV (Supervisory Board)

How: Download and fill the “Model for internal reporting of unlawful activities” (so-called “whistleblowing”) and then send it to:

ETHICS and INCLUSION

Applies to: SA 8000 + ESG

To be reported to: SPT (Social Performance Team)

How: Download and fill the “Ethics Reporting Form” and then send it to:

REPORTING

Applies to: Comportamenti inappropriati e tematiche operative

To be reported to: Ufficio HR

Regardless of the means of reporting, Proger guarantees the utmost confidentiality of the issues and facts reported, as well as the anonymity of the whistleblower, so that the whistleblower will not be subject to any form of retaliation.
