Proger has adopted an Ethical Code which every employee is required to respect, both in Italy and abroad, accepting assets, roles and regulations, the violation of which must be taken on as a personal responsibility. The knowledge and observance of the Ethical Code, methodologies and processes by those working for Proger are the primary conditions for the company’s success, image and reputation.
The Ethical Code is an integral part of Model 231. Proger has decided to adopt this organizational model to prevent and manage the risks of offences committed in the interest or to the advantage of its administrators and employees, as foreseen by Legislative Decree 231/01. Proger s.p.a. has adopted an Ethics Pact for all its controlled legal entities.
Proger provides a whistleblowing channel to guarantee the utmost confidentiality to those who wish to report wrongdoing or serious conduct contrary to current regulations and internal organisation (Model 231, Code of Ethics).

Proger has reached a new important milestone by obtaining the SA 8000 certification of its Social Accountability Management System.
With the adoption of the SA 8000:2014 standard, Proger commits itself to respecting the cardinal principles of social responsibility in all areas of its competence, both direct and indirect, and also to extending its ETHICAL commitment beyond the perimeter of its activities, actively involving all stakeholders and promoting its principles. SA8000 certification is a significant step in Proger’s journey and an additional incentive to identify possible improvements in the pursuit of sustainability and social responsibility objectives.
In addition, Proger, as part of its ethical mission, has obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification after fully implementing in its management system the reference practice on “Gender Equality”, as a commitment to act in favour of equity, inclusion and valuing the diversity of people and enabling them to develop their potential.
In order to share the principles of fairness, correctness and equal opportunities, which the company intends to respect and protect as necessary conditions for the fulfilment of its commitments, Proger has defined its own “Ethical Policy on Human Rights, Diversity, Inclusion, Gender Equality and Social Commitment”.
To report behaviour contrary to the principles of social responsibility (SA8000), Proger has activated a specific communication channel.

Proger has always paid a great deal of attention towards its internal processes with the aim of improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the projects it undertakes and the services it provides. The Company’s objective is to obtain and improve Client satisfaction.
Proger obtained ISO 9001 certification in 2001, ISO 14001 for its Environmental Management Systems in 2009, and ISO 45001 in 2014. The company has integrated its management system by implementing ISO IEC 27001:2022 to ensure full compliance with information security requirements in all processes and achieved certification in July 2024.
With the aim of ultimate customer satisfaction, Proger provides the Customer Care channel for reporting issues related to the services received.
