Naval Project: Waterfronts and Ports in Istanbul

Overview

The maritime structures project of Istanbul consists of two different group of interventions involving the upgrading and new construction of marine structures such as waterfronts, piers, docks, marine areas, protection of offshore facilities and docking stations for boats and ferries. In addition to the typical design activities, the work covered all types of research necessary for the proper design such as the preparation of bathymetric maps, geological studies and the analysis of underwater marine conditions.
