Proger Management & Partners s.r.l., Proger Ingegneria s.r.l., Ma.Lo. s.r.l., TIFS Partecipazioni s.r.l. and Cadogan Petroleum Holdings B.V. (Cadogan B.V.) have signed a settlement agreement concluding all litigation activities resulting from the contract signed by the parties on the 25th February 2019 (the “Contract”).
According to this settlement agreement Ma.LO. Partecipazioni S.r.l. will take over all the rights related to the Contract, including the right to obtain the 33% of the share capital of Proger Ingegneria S.r.l.
As a result, the pledge contract over the corresponding shares in Proger Ingegneria srl, signed the 21st March 2019, will be considered dissolved.
