The conferment of your personal data is free, however, the non-conferment of this data will not allow us to fulfill what is requested and, therefore, will prevent us from starting the selection process. If you decide to provide us with your data, we inform you that this will be used mainly with IT and telematic tools and exclusively for the time necessary to perform the aforementioned purpose. With reference to your Curriculum Vitae, we inform you that, if you do not start the selection process, it will be kept until the end of the calendar year following receipt of the same. In no case will your data be disclosed, but we inform you that it may be disclosed to third parties who perform, on behalf of the company, specific services aimed at ensuring the correct pursuit of the aforementioned purpose. Finally we remind you that, pursuant to Art. 15ff. of the GDPR, you have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence, or lack, of data concerning you, to obtain an indication of the origin and the purposes and methods of the processing, access to your personal data, the updating, rectification, integration of data and deletion of data processed in violation of the law or if one of the reasons specified in Art. 17 of the GDPR exists.
