New EcoDomus construction site

The activities of Proger’s EcoDomus program, providing integrated solutions for the energy efficiency of real estate, continue with a new construction site in Samarate, northern Italy.

As general contractor, Proger is responsible for the redevelopment of a residential complex of 24 units that will increase the energy efficiency of the building by 2 classes, through the installation of thermal insulation, photovoltaic systems and electric charging stations, in addition to the replacement of exterior windows and old boilers with high-efficiency models and the rebuilding of the roof.
