Proger, a “Pact for the Future”: inclusion and sustainability at work

New generations, equity and corporate well-being at the heart of the commitment signed with Valore D

Proger has officially signed up to Valore D’s “Pact for the Future“, an initiative that defines nine fundamental principles to promote inclusive, equitable and new generation-oriented workplaces. This commitment stems from the conviction that sustainability and inclusivity are essential values for building the future of work, and reflects the path already taken by Proger in the areas of social responsibility and gender equality.
The main pillars of the pact include skills development, pay equity, respect for diversity, support for career development and employee well-being. The document is designed to meet the expectations of younger generations, who are increasingly sensitive to the search for work-life balance and active participation in a corporate context that recognises their contribution.

In recent years, Proger has already taken significant initiatives in line with these principles. In particular, it has obtained SA8000 certification for social responsibility and UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification for gender equality, confirming its commitment to a fair and diverse working environment. Proger’s 2023 Sustainability Report also confirms progress in this area, with an increase in the presence of women and young people in positions of responsibility, as well as an increase in the number of training hours provided.

We are convinced that an inclusive environment, based on valuing diversity and responsible management of resources, is the key to a competitive and sustainable company in the long term,” says Carla Mason, HR Director at Proger. “The signing of Valore D’s Pact for the Future is a new step that consolidates our vision of a company focused on well-being, growth and talent development“.
