Overview
The cold, semi-arid steppe climate of Atyrau made the energy efficiency of the new AGIP KCO headquarters one of the primary design goals. This was achieved using high level passive protection of the envelope, high performance glazing, high efficiency heating and cooling systems and the best possible use of natural lighting.
