With the Arbitration Award dated July 28^th, 2022 (published on July 29^th, 2022), the Arbitration Board composed of Prof. Daniele U. Santosuosso (Chairman), Silvio Martuccelli and Roberto Carleo (Arbitrators), ruling unanimously, definitively resolved the dispute brought by Proger Manager & Partners (“PMP”) and Proger Ingegneria S.r.l.
