General Services Building of La Sapienza University

Proger begins the development of the executive design for the functional redevelopment and adaptation to standards of the General Services building of “La Sapienza” University of Rome, following the award of the related integrated contract for a tender whose amount is equal to 32,000,000 EUR.

The design approach will be strongly linked to sustainability, energy efficiency and the optimization of management costs. Both the executive design and the construction site management will be developed in BIM.

The building, which plays a central role in the functioning of the University hosting heterogeneous functions (archives, offices, secretariats, warehouses and press laboratory), will constitute a sort of “pilot” intervention for the future redevelopment of the more than two hundred buildings owned by the University.
